I appreciate these a lot as those vi get locally have a lot of debris. Have used it for my soup and pepper sauce and it’s truly nice. These are not gouge king prawns but the smaller size gives a beautiful and delicate flavour.

I have already enjoyed this with some hot kenkey and spicy shito. Haven’t had it in ages. The fish is crisp and light. Not greasy at all. Great accompaniment to a lot of dishes. Very happy

I've never had amane so dried and well prepared. I had it with banku and hot pepper and i wan't disappointeed on how it soacked the pepper making it tastier!
